Grace Community UMC

Greetings!Grace Community United Methodist was started with the vision of reaching people in the Shreveport Bossier metro area who were disconnected from God and a community of faith. That same vision which began this community in 1992 is still the heart of this congregation. We have a wonderful staff of caring, committed Christians who are here to serve. There are tremendous programs and ministries for people of all ages and stages in their spiritual journey.
On any weekend you’ll see people dressed casually, coffee and cappuccino flowing, and hear the sound of people meeting and greeting each other. Our members are excited about their church and love the opportunity to share and welcome new persons into this church family. If you live in the Shreveport Bossier metro area, or are just planning to visit, we hope you would join us for worship. When you do, we believe you will find worship that is relevant for your life and a community of people who have much to share which will inspire you to return again and again. If we can answer any questions or serve you in any way, please send us an e-mail or call the church office at (318) 865-2070. If you are new to the website or just exploring what Grace Community is all about, let me share with you a little of our history and our ministry focus. You can click on the links below to read about us. If you have questions about the church. you can contact Pam Kintner, our Director of Connection and Growth, at pam@gracehappens.org. We welcome you to explore Grace Community as a potential church home … a place for you to find companionship for your faith journey.
